When we work together to design your unique, bespoke ceremony, anything is possible!
I will guide you create a heartfelt, sincere ceremony befitting to the setting of your special day and reflective of the personalities of you and your partner. Together we will consider the planning of the ceremony, the readings, prayers if you want them, music if you wish it, your personal vows, a commitment to your community or to your respective faiths and the exchange of rings.
Scatter petals, light candles, release doves, have owls deliver your rings, tie the knot, recreate a Handfasting, be pagan or religious, modern or traditional, spiritual or dignified, but always be truly significant to you, your partner and your family and friends, and I will enable you to create the ceremony of your dreams.
To be legally married you will need to book an appointment at your local register office, which is much cheaper than having the registrar visit on the day. The registrar can only attend licensed premises and has certain legal requirements to be said in order for you to be legally married. Look at the legal section for more details.
If you want to use a non licensed venue, you will need to work with a celebrant to shape your ceremony and then be legally married at the registry office either prior to or following your big day.
You will spend hours considering guest lists, seating plans, invitations, flowers, dresses, setting and a theme for your day, so why not take the time to think about how you really feel about your partner and just exactly what commitments you want to make to one another?

- If you are planning an outdoor ceremony, ensure you, your Celebrant and your music can be heard.
- Ask confident public speakers to deliver special readings.
- Work with your Celebrant to create vows which reflect you as a couple.
- Aim to reflect the theme of your wedding or the location, in your ceremony.
